Miki is half-American and half-Japanese.
She grew up studying in both American and Japanese schools.
When Miki was just a little girl, she starred in an English education program where she got to act alongside an incredibly warm and kindhearted lead actress with a wonderful singing voice. She was so enchanted by the actress that she decided then and there that she was going to grow up to be a similarly wonderful lead actress and deliver happiness to children all over the world.
Her dream came true when, in her 20s, she began winning lead roles in educational materials, stage shows, and TV shows that allowed her to not just showcase her singing talents, but also introduce young children to English in a fun way—something that brings her a lot of joy.
With six years of stage experience under her belt, Miki now wants to perform her own shows in commercial centers and events around Japan in which she uses songs to teach the joys of English to children who have never been exposed to the language.
Performance
Each show is about 25 minutes long and is designed to keep young children captivated to the very end. They include English nursery songs performed by Miki, games and other activities that encourage the audience to move around, as well as singalongs that children can take part in with their parents.
The shows are aimed at children aged 2-7 who love English and music. Miki can also include Japanese nursery songs in the program by request. Requests are welcome!
